Water & Wastewater Facilities
Price Industrial Electric has completed water plant projects in numerous city and township. Our largest completed project at $2.6 million for the City of Iowa City. Our installations include; instrumentation and controls, hazardous locations, corrosive atmospheres, outside plant distribution and primary electrical distribution.

Some of the city’s include, Cedar Rapids, Coralville, North Liberty, Anamosa, Monticello, Cedar Falls, Wapello Co. Tiffin, Tipton and Wilton

Industrial plants projects
  • Installation of 2-stand and 4-stand rolling mills and annealing furnaces at PMX Industries in Cedar Rapids, IA.
  • Sugar transfer and liquefaction lines in various Gatorade plant throughout the US.
  • Medium-voltage power distribution at EFCO Plant in Des Moines, IA.
  • Installation of a water-cooling system for the University of Iowa campus.
Medical Facilities
  • Pediatric Bone Marrow transplant Unit University of Iowa Hospitals In Iowa City
  • MRI unit, University of Iowa Hospitals
Power Generation
  • Installation 1 mega-watt generator for the city of Cascade and Eastern IA airport.
  • Primary and secondary distribution for 90 wind turbines near Mason City, IA.
Public and educational Facilities
  • Elementary, Middle and High schools through-out Eastern Iowa. Including Iowa City, Coralville, Cedar Rapids, Cascade, Delhi, Earlville, Cedar Falls, Waterloo, Hudson.

  • 5 story classroom and office building for the University of Iowa

Design Build
  • NCS Pearson, 40,000 sqft office building. Iowa Health Systems office and data center.
  • Cedar Rapids Heart Center doctors office.
Traffic Control and Street Lighting
  • Runway and taxi lighting and signage at the Eastern Iowa Airport.
  • Completed installation of traffic poles and lighting controls at over 20 intersections
  • Decorative street lighting in Cedar Rapids, Hiawatha, Coralville, North Liberty, Lisbon and Anamosa.
Voice and Data, Fiber, Low voltage systems
  • Fire alarm installation in 3 dorms at the University of Iowa exceeding 1600 rooms
  • Fire alarm installation in many of the schools listed above.
  • Installation of over 40,000 ft and 2000 termination of fiber optic cable for the City of Cedar Rapids.
  • Installation of structured cabling for many of the commercial and education facilities listed above.
